Education surrounding animal welfare is one of our top priorities. The opportunities we offer here support our sanctuary animals and everything we need to take care of them, while bringing new experiences to you!
Programs
Centers for Adults with Disabilities
This program is 45 minutes long - we bring about 4 animals to you and provide information about their species and the individual rescue stories of the animals we bring to you. Some animals may allow for minimal touching, but we do not guarantee our animals will be open to this at the time of your program. This package is $400 and comes with a merchandise offer. Colleges
We offer two different programs for colleges and universities - one option includes a discussion based seminar on animal welfare, animal rescue, animal rehab, etc. to encourage students to engage in the conversation surrounding animal welfare and education. We would lead this discussion with one of our animals as the moderator! This program starts at $400 for a one hour seminar with students and $200 for each additional one hour seminar. Our second college program is meant to supplement larger events such as block parties, orientations, club events, department picnics, etc. with students and faculty walking through events at their leisure. We bring animals with us in a booth type space meant for people to come take pictures, ask questions, and learn with us at their own pace! This program starts at $300 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour. Merchandise packages are available for both of these programs.
Corporate Events
This program is offered by the hour based on the event - we bring various animals with us for people to take pictures of, ask questions about, and learn with us! This program is meant to supplement larger events with other vendors such as company picnics, summer events, and other events for employees to wander and check things out. This program starts at $300 for the first hour and $150 for each additional hour. Merchandise packages are available for this program.
Summer Camps
We can cater this program to your needs - the base to work with includes us bringing 3 - 4 animals to you while we provide information about their species and the individual rescue stories of the animals we bring to you. Some animals may allow for minimal touching, but we do not guarantee our animals will be open to this at the time of your program. This package is $400 for about an hour of animal education. Each additional half hour of time is $100. This package comes with a merchandise offer. This package can be catered to different needs for different camp programs - let us know what you're hoping for and we can work with you!
Birthday Parties
This event is 60 minutes worth of animal education and personal animal experiences with 2 of our sanctuary animals. Animals may or may not allow touch. This package is $300 for the first hour, $150 for each additional hour, and includes a merchandise offer! This event is meant for individuals to be able to come up to us, ask about our animals, learn about their species and about their personal rescue stories, and ask as many questions as they want. This is not a presentation but rather an opportunity for guests to come up to us as they please.

Merchandise Packages
Merchandise packages are available in different forms for different programs to add to the fun! These packages include discounted prices of any of our merch! You tell us which designs, color, sizes, and styles you want us to bring, and we bring them! You can mix and match as much as you'd like, if you want one of each design in one of each color, we've got you! You want 50 of the same design and the same color? We can do that too.
Merch orders must be placed at least 4 weeks prior to the event in order for us to guarantee we'll have it ready in time, and must be paid for in full at the time the order is placed. We'd love to offer those prices here, however, the prices differ based on which program they are being ordered with, so contact us and we'd be happy to chat about pricing!
Animals and Educational Programs
Our animals are all rescues, some of which have experienced some difficult things in the past. Our animals safety and wellbeing is our number one priority. We bring animals with us to educational programs to help people connect with other species and learn about them in a way that they'll remember. Although we may plan to bring a certain animal with us for an event, if that animal is not interested in going anywhere that day, they will stay back at the sanctuary. If an animal seems stressed in any environment we bring them to, we will put them back in their carriers to de-stress for as long as they need. By working with Milk and Honey Sanctuary Co. and our educational programs, you must agree to understand these different circumstances and unpredictability of our animals. Help us help other groups!
For every college, school, and corporate booking made, $25 of your package goes towards programing for other nonprofits that can't quite afford it, such as centers for adults with disabilities or other groups who could benefit from our programming but don't have the funding. Most of these groups are also nonprofits with limited funds, so to make our programs more accessible we take part of the proceeds from our other bookings to allow us to visit these other wonderful locations! If you'd like to make a donation of your own for this cause, fill out our donation form and specify that you'd like that money to go to our educational programs!
For groups who can't afford our programs:
Please contact us if you're interested in our programs but do not have the funding for it. We have a running list of organizations to reach out to once we have the funding to provide these events for you - both from the proceeds from other booked programs and grants. We are always looking for sponsors and grants for our educational programming, just for this reason! Reach out to us and we'll let you know where we're at with our funding and we will schedule your program as soon as we can!
